Natural Hounds, LLC ("Natural Hounds," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program (the "Program") to communicate with customers about feeding plans, trial pack reservations, order readiness, pickup details, and general customer care. By providing your mobile phone number to Natural Hounds through any of our opt-in channels, you agree to the terms below.

Program Description

The Natural Hounds SMS program sends conversational customer care messages to customers who have submitted their phone number through one of our opt-in forms. Messages may include:

  • Personalized feeding plans from our feeding planner
  • Custom bulk pricing quotes for multi-dog or high-volume customers
  • Trial pack reservation confirmations and pickup-ready notifications
  • Order confirmations and delivery or pickup updates
  • Answers to questions about our products and occasional follow-ups about your order

How to Opt In

You can opt in to the Program by submitting your mobile phone number through one of the following forms on our website:

  • Feeding planner at shop.naturalhounds.com/pages/calculate-your-plan — submit your number to receive your personalized feeding plan via SMS
  • Bulk pricing request on the feeding planner results page — submit your number to receive a custom bulk pricing quote

Each of these forms displays clear consent language directly above the submit button. By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Natural Hounds at the number provided.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You will typically receive 1–5 messages per inquiry or order. We do not send recurring marketing broadcasts.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Natural Hounds does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received depending on your plan.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message from Natural Hounds. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages from us unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers

The Program is supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. You represent that you have authority to enroll the provided number in the Program.

Privacy

Information you share with Natural Hounds through the SMS Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, share, or transfer phone numbers or any associated consent data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance. Phone numbers are used only to communicate with you about our products, your feeding plan, and your reservations or orders.

Phone numbers are stored securely in our customer relationship management system and our SMS service provider, both of which are contractually required to use the information only to deliver our messaging program.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
