SMS / Text Messaging

Information collected as part of our SMS program — including your mobile phone number and message history — is used solely to operate the messaging program and provide customer care. We share SMS-related information only with subprocessors that support the operation of our messaging program (such as Twilio for SMS delivery and Close CRM for conversation management). These providers are contractually obligated to use the information only to provide services to us.
